Cactus Demon Impaler

Cactus Demons are massive creatures, "humanoid" only in the vaguest sense. In general, they are roughly the size and build of an ogre, but an ogre which has been picked up, mangled, and twisted by a clumsy god-child, then crossbred with a pestilent and diseased cactus. The Cactus Demon is a sickly brownish-green in hue, with hideous splotches of purple rot covering its form. Its body is encrusted with long, sharp, spines, jutting randomly and unevenly from every surface. A few will sport "flowers" -- patches of additional growth that resemble nothing so much as floral insects drilling into the demon's hide. While capable of speech, Cactus Demons are notoriously stupid, violent, and brutal, and rarely manage to communicate in anything but howled threats and violent proclamations. They are not even particularly cunning in the ways of inflicting pain -- they kill as quickly as possible, their rage preventing them from prolonging even the only act that can give them pleasure.
